Priorclave externally mounted steam and waterjackets are supplied as an optional accessory withsuitable Priorclaves where the application requiresa jacket. ? Constructed from stainless steel grade 316L ? Suitable for both Water Cooling and SteamHeating ? Maintains the available chamber space, doesnot encroach upon the chamber ? Individually hydrostatically tested ? Design approved by Zurich Risk Services ? Separate Pressure Safety Valve from the mainPriorclave Chamber

Sectional Design

The Priorclave Steam and WaterJacket features a sectional design toprovide structural support for thechamber. The 230 Litre chambershown in the picture demonstratesthe underside of the jacket underconstruction. The transverse sectionsare connected by longitudinalsections, which act as a manifold,allowing movement of steam or waterthrough all of the jacket sections.Drainage of the jacket is achieved viathe holes in the manifold sectionthrough welded sockets, which areattached at a later stage ofconstruction. Available for addition to all Rectangular Section Priorclaves, the Steam and Water CoolingJacket will provide rapid cooling of densely packed loads of bottled liquids. Where a dry load isrequired, a Priorclave Jacket will maintain chamber wall temperatures to reduce condensatedrips onto the load. Used in conjunction with an Exhaust Vent Filter, the Jacket will maintainthe temperature of the stored condensate produced when sterilising Cat 3 Waste.
