Flexible Light Analyzer and Test System
LED Color Test still more simple and more surely
eFLAT is the next generation of LED Color test systems.
It serves for the parallel test of color and intensity of self –luminous objects – especial LED’s – in the visible area of light.
With this system from 4 up to 16 LED’ can be tested in parallel due to the 4 different product variants. The color and intensity of the test objects can be parameterized and evaluated independently. The test time is approx. 300 ms. Parasitic inductions by ambient light are compensated automatically.
The measurement procedure is based on comparative measurements on the basis of reference products by means of user specific parameters.
eFLAT can be “trimmed” to a very high absolute accuracy by using calibration functions. As
well the customer can clearly increase the absolute accuracy by performing own calibrations
by using own measurement equipment.
eFLAT has an excellent price performance ratio, is very fast and easy to handle, tests up to 16
LEDs in parallel and shows an excellent selectivity between LED types and adjacent binnings.

For Setup and Test a comfortable PC Tool is available.
For the use in applications with product adapters (e.g. In-Circuit-Tester) optical transfer modules with corresponding light guides are available. This allows for the test of n different products with one system and thereby is an economical solution variant besides the very high number of different products.
