Thanks to their servomotor-controlled feed gate, our high speed gravity and belt fed models combine the speed of a duplex scale with all of the advantages of a simplex (reduced overall dimensions, discharge in line with the bag, lower cost, etc.) to offer the more profitable system on the market place when high outputs are required. The GRAVITY FEEDERis used for continuousfeeding of free-flowing materials such as grain, refined sugarand rice. The quantity of material fedduring full feed and dribble feed modesdepends on flow characteristics andcatch gate opening position.The BELT FEEDERis used for non free-flowing materials which need to behandled carefully to maintain theirstructure (animal feed, pellets, etc.).The quantity of material fed dependson the professional conveyor speed and cross section opening.The SCREW FEEDERis used for continuous feedingof non free-flowing, mealy or powdery materialssuch as flour, milk powder and minerals. Dependingon the desired capacity, either single or doublescrew arrangements can be provided.
