Standard Systems Cross Web Series - Laser Packaging Systems Utilize high speed directed beam technology to create contour and cross web scoring and perforating at web speeds up to 457 m/minute (1500 feet/minute). This processing provides easy-open/easy-tear capability on materials for vertical form, fill and seal machines. Contour systems produce continuous scoring in a non-linear pattern along a web direction. FlexPro® Series - Laser Converting Systems The FlexPro combines the speed of galvanometer processing with the versatility of an XY motion system. Offers innovative and cost-effective solutions for laser-processing of flexible circuits, membrane switches, digital printed products and medical devices. Lightning Bolt™ Series - Laser Converting Systems High speed “directed beam” technology provides laser processing for various applications. Through cutting, kiss-cutting, via drilling and laser marking can be achieved at speeds in the hundreds of inches per second. Designed specifically for handling a wide variety of web materials. SL Series - Laser Systems With dual beam and four beam configurations, SL8000 Laser Cutting Systems feature a fixed beam laser with a multi-axis table to provide consistent cut, accuracy and speed in sizes ranging from 50" x 98" to 60" x 120". WebPro™ - Digital Laser Cutting System Laser process web widths from 25mm to 305mm (1"–12") at high production rates. Exclusive motion design processes materials at speeds 9m–61m (30'–200') per minute, while maintaining consistent PLI across the entire process. Typical accuracies range from ±.076mm–.254mm (.003"–.010") based on part size and geometry. Many options are available (dual rewinds, splice table, etc.) Web Direction Series - Laser Packaging Systems Utilized to create one or a series of web direction laser scoring, cutting or micro-perforating actions. It can be designed and integrated into production lines such as laminators or extruders, or can be set up off-line on a rewinder or slitter. SL5000 Series - Laser Cutting Systems The SL5000 System features high speed three axis motion over a vacuum worksupport, and simple loading/unloading. The system will process sheet products from thin stock to plate or formed products. The system design will accept coil handling, galvo marking, welding fixtures or automation. ST Series - Laser Systems The Preco ST Series Laser Workstations perform multi-axis laser welding, drilling and cutting in a class I enclosure. These time and field proven machines are designed around fixed beam laser technology and Preco XY motion and control technology.
