Standard Systems Optical Registration Die Cut Presses With a patented “Micron-Vision” CCD system, these advanced optical registration die cutting systems are the industry’s single choice for ultra-precise registration. They improve cut-to-print accuracy, die costs and efficiency. MTS Series™ - Digital Screen Printing Systems Preco offers two standard print formats, 30" x 24" and 13" x 13". Preco can supply either the standalone screen printer or a turn key system. Our digital screen printer includes material handling, masking and interleafs, UV and IR curing and vertical ovens for drying. Optional print table that can rotate 90 degrees. Automated Die Cut Presses Preco’s high precision die cut machines help you increase material yields through closer nesting of parts and reduced web scrap. Choose from 10 standard press systems or let us custom-build a system to match your specific needs. Laminators Custom built for all industries and markets. LyraLight Series - Preco Golden Laser Systems The LyraLight Series is equipped with a galvanometer for high speed marking, scoring and cutting of thin materials. The LyraLight Series can be optioned to combine with flying optics to increase the types of materials and thickness that can be processed. Standard systems are available with processing areas up to 4' x 8'. FlexStar® - Laser System This Preco FlexStar Laser System is a wide web format machine that utilizes roll to roll processing and high performance UV and CO2 lasers to achieve high productivity in micro-machining products like flexible printed circuits, membrane switches, and medical devices Rotary Converting Platform - Rotary Die Cut Press Each axis on this rotary converting press is independently servo driven which allows it to be registered to the web.
