AUTOSWITCH is a unique principle recognising both PROFIBUS® PA and FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus protocols via the telegram format and automatically switching to the applied protocol. Using this technology the same type of transmitter can communicate with the two most common bus protocols – and our customers can achieve greater flexibility and reduce educational, purchasing and inventory expenses through product standardisation.
