Primary Vacuum Pump
Since 1923 Pneumofore has designed and produced vacuum pumps suppliers featuring original solutions, the result of constant efforts in research and development.
The UV vacuum pumps manufacturer are easy to install, to operate fully automatically and represent the most simple and inexpen­sive solution for vacuum plants. UV pumps achieve a high degree of vacuum through a wide pressure range of practi­cally constant flow. This allows performances equal to larger size pumps, with considerable energy savings. The success of the UV series vacuum pumps in many industrial applications is based on the low life cycle cost, safety, environmental compliance, low noise level, compactness, high performances, design simplicity, reliability and durability.

Components
Main Features
Intake industrial air filter with polyester cartridge (3 urn).
Coolant filtration cartridge for lubrication circuit.
Coolant industrial separator and coolant recovery for clean coolant-
free exhaust. Practically no coolant vapor with 1 mg/m3
of residual coolant, referred to ambient conditions.
Cylinder-integrated non return valve manufacturers.
Direct coupling between cylinder and electrical motor.
Soundproof cabin allows [69 dB(A)]
Fully automatic operation: automatic suction valve,
coolant temperature control, control switches, safety
vacuum gauge specifications, main switch, all on board.
Control front panel with ON / OFF switch, two lamps, hour-
meter, air-end temperature gauge, vacuum gauge, coolant
separator clogging pressure gauge specifications, inlet air professional filter clogging
check button, main breaker, emergency stop button.
Very low maintenance cost thanks to design simplicity
and to few moving parts subject to wear.
Vertical layout for space economy.
Electrical panel ready to interact with remote control
system.
Air cooling through an aluminum cooler and a temperature controlled fan.
"Closed-loop" lubrication circuit ensures negligible coolant consumption.
Single-stage suction volumes at 50 Hz of 462 m3/h.
Maximum vacuum degree 0,5 mbar(a).
Special aluminum alloy vanes provide active sealing
according to the traditional Pneumofore feature and
guarantee a stable performance even after decades of
operation, avoiding efficiency loss and minimizing cost
of operation and maintenance.
"Plug and play" pumps, easy to install and integrate.
Operation with professional frequency converter possible with max
range from 35 to 60 Hz.
Customization available on request : variable speed, second stage booster, etc.
Up to 5 years warranty with maintanance contract.
