Plastic fan powered with 2 speed thermostatic controlled motors built according to Ex Na II BT3 regulations.

All connections, coupling and hoses are of high quality and comply to any safety standard requirements. Respect of European Machine Directive including magnetic fields.

Danfoss® control instruments, pressure and thermometer gauges, pressure switches, all enclosed in explosion proof housings.

Multiple pneumatic and electric wiring where required.

The single-stage rotary vane compressor is the simplest and the safest design in its field. In Pneumofore systems, this simplicity results in constant performance with no loss of efficiency and no rising costs for operation and maintenance.

The rotor and the vanes are the only moving parts. Only two bearings are required. The direct coupling eliminates maintenance interventions and potential damage. The low rotation speed (1450 rpm at 50 Hz) and the generous lubrication minimize wearing of the moving parts, giving a constant performance even after years of operation.
