Main FeaturesComponents

Single-stage rotary vane technology represents thesimplest and most reliable solution for compressed airproduction. “Plug and play” unit , requiring no foundations and fullyequipped for operation: the connection to the electricnetwork and to the compressed air line are ready forimmediate use. Constant performance thanks to active sealing and fewmoving parts subject to wear. Coolant separation in 3 phases: centrifugal separation,mechanical trap and final coolant separation through aborosilicate filter element with coolant recovery. The resultis a remarkable purity of the compressed air with residualcoolant carry over of 1 mg/m Two bearings ensure limited friction in order to guaranteenegligible power loss and low maintenance. Direct coupling to 4-pole motor at 1.450 rpm for 50 Hz,with IP55 protection for a low rotation speed and longdurability.
