General

The hydro-pneumatic series according to ISO 6431 standard is the result of years of experience in manufacturing

pneumatic cylinders and hydraulic units.

The combination of a close loop hydraulic circuit built in a pneumatic cylinder results in a unit which offers the benefits of

compressed air, such as speed, combined with the possibility of precision movement control given by the hydraulic circuit.

The hydro-pneumatic cylinders are magnetic as standard, with pneumatic cushioning and are available in two bore sizes:

50mm & 63 mm.

Three main versions are available:

double regulation

extraction regulation

compression regulation

based on the above main versions it is possible to implement the units functions via the use of dedicated two ways valves

which enables to control the speed:

stop valves

N.C. stop (normally closed)

N.O. stop (normally open)

speed up valves

N.C. skip ( normally closed)

N.O skip (normally open)
