PP40-4-2 PP honeycomb with a non-woven polyester facing and a PP film barrier under at 4 pcf for the base core material. PP40F-4 PP honeycomb with a non-woven polyester facing at 4 pcf for the base core material. The core is filled with a 1 pcf foam for improved thermal and acoustical performance. PP40F-4-2 PP honeycomb with a non-woven polyester facing and a PP film barrier under at 4 pcf for the base core material.The core is filled with a 1 pcf foam for improved thermal and acoustical performance. Other cell sizes, densities and facing materials are available upon request. Each PP Honeycomb sheet is provided with a unique ID for traceability. Sizes Available Thickness: 0.25” to 12.0” Length: Up to 50 feet Width: Up to 6 feet Tolerances: +/- .02” on Thickness; +/- 1/8” standard on L&W Special Sizes: Plascore offers die cutting of core to specific dimensions required. Industrial saw cutting or machining is also offered. Scoring: Plascore offers scoring of the honeycomb face in 1”x1” or 2”x2” wide sections. Scoring can be in either the L or W direction or both.
