Dosingof chemicals with the permanentcontrol system CCS

An evolution on the dosing market is the unique control system for any chemicals. Thesocalled chemical control system CCS is to supervise the usage of detergent and rinse aid. This system is a permanent control unit for the type of liquid which has to be in use as well as for the fill-up-level of the container.Any failure is indicated by an optical and accustical signal.As soon as the chemical mixed up with a different one ort he fill-up-level is near zero the pump stopps and the alarm switch on. Throughout this control system the washing result can be absolutely re-produced!This is a novelity on the market .It consists of a stainless steel suction nozzle (or PVC) with an individual length and a signal indicator due to protection class IP65. For applications with less space forthe suction nozzle near the washing machine we provide the CCS-MODUL. Depending on the type of specification it is possible to control one or two chemicals at the same time.Also the CCS-MODUL is able to control the fill-up-level of the chemical container with a flexible PVC tube instead of a solid nozzle (usually indicated by a floater- switch).
