tilting systems
series PSH 35 • 150 V
• 35 mrad (2°) tilting angle• high dynamics due tohigh resonant frequency• compact size
• easy to controlapplications
piezosystem jena .Please note: Piezoelements can requiresome current for charging and dis-
charging processes during dynamic
motions.
The element is normally delivered with-
out a mirror. A mirror can be attached
by gluing.
We recommend an operating voltage
not higher than 100 V for permanent
work under OEM conditions. • scanners• laser alignment
• beam deflection
• handling systemsThe PSH 35 tilting system was devel-oped for the dynamic motion of small
mirrors. A new construction principle
makes it possible to reach a tilting
angle of 35 mrad. The element is operated by a maximum voltage of 150 V. It can be easily integrated into
more complex stages because of its
compact size.
The PSH 35 tilting element can be driven by any of the power supplies
