We are world-leading experts in extraction and centrifugal separation. We design and manufacture solid-liquid and solid-liquid-liquid separation solutions for multiple applications and are industry-leaders in olive oil production lines. Based in Jesi, in Italy, Pieralisi boasts a global presence with 41,500 plants installed at international level, 500 members of staff, 130 technicians dedicated to machine and plant configuration and to providing after-sales assistance. ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLINESS Environmental friendliness at global level is an integral part of our development plan and of our products. We design and develop dynamic thickening and sludge dewatering solutions. Boasting an extensive range of decanter centrifuges and vertical separators, we make it possible to recover water used in various municipal or industrial processes, reducing the volume of sludge by more than 98%, in addition to applications in plants for the production of biogases and biomass-based alternative energy.

We monitor all the developments in international food habits. We offer solutions for processing fruit juices and purées, for fresh animal-based milk and dairy products, as well as for the extraction of cooking oils and vegetable milks such as almond, rice, oat and soya. Our decanters can also be used in the wine-making process and in the production of tinned food, to improve the product and optimise the use of energy resources.

MINERAL FUELS AND LUBRICANTS Processing fuel oils and lubricants is as important as it is complex. We provide technological solutions designed to reduce operating costs and to minimise the environmental impact deriving from their use. Our solutions are for the cleaning and processing of fuel oils, for the purification of lubricants, for the conditioning and recovery of mineral oils, the treatment of slop-oils from refineries and lagoons, tank residue and bilge water.
