Controller

Analog + Digital Linearization configuration. Calibration data,linearization data and opti- mized servo-control parame- ters are stored in each NanoPo- sitioning system and read by the controller upon power-up. A digital linearization algorithmand the exclusive use of preci- sion components in the con- troller guarantee excellent lin- earity and position accuracy.In addition, the ILS system (s. p. 5-6) is installed to linearizethe sensor signal before the A/D converter. The controller is equipped witha wide-range power supply foruse throughout the world.
