® The Pocket-Surfix
® is an exceptionally small hand-held gauge with integrated probe, for fast, practical and precise coating thickness measurement. The Pocket Surfix® is ideal for the non-destructive testing of: all non-ferrous coatings such as varnish, paint, enamel, chrome, copper, zinc, etc on steel and iron (magnetic induction method) and all electrically insulating coatings, such as varnish, paint, anodizing coatings on non-ferrous metals, also on stainless steel (eddy-current method)dual-purpose gauge for measurement on steel and on non-ferrous metalsautomatic ferrous/non-ferrous substrate recognition. Always measures correctlyno calibration necessary unless required easy-to-operate menu structure in display. Instruction manual is supplied with gauge, but not necessary for operation.three-language option: German, English, French; other languages on request. infrared interface for cable-free data transfer measured value memory, statistical memory online statistics program – current statistical values permanently on display.
