| Series ML4.1, ML4.2 and ML6 - Small and precise Shorter than a match, yet as powerful and precise as series of photoelectric sensors manufacturers with much larger dimensions; these are the attributes of these series. For applications with narrow space requirements in which high precision is still necessary, these devices are perfect. The detection are equipped with a robust plastic housing and two LEDs at the rear as well as with another LED behind the front professional panel. They make the signal states in the different mounting locations easily visible. With the tried-and-tested series ML4.1, 3 various optical function types are available. The thru-beam sensors with a range of 2.5 m, the retrorefective sensors, the diffuse mode sensors with a detection range of 400 mm. The diffuse mode sensors with background suppression of the series ML4.2 and ML6 are the latest generation of the tried-and-tested miniature photoelectric sensors. Important features include a small black/white differential and excellent background suppression, especially on strongly reflecting materials. In principle, mounting is possible in two ways: at threaded holes in the rear or via lateral through holes. In any case, the fastening elements are metal-enforced and thus allow higher tightening torques. The diffuse mode sensors are available in different fixed detection ranges. The series ML6 also offers an adjustable version. Adapted to the traditional field of application in the graphic industry, the ML4.2. is equipped with a scratch-resistant glass disk. The push-pull output stage increases the reliability under difficult EMC conditions. Equipped with a break-proof plastic disk, the series ML6 is ideally suited for application in the packaging industry or the in general automation technology. Due to the two antivalent push-pull outputs, all variations of professional switch polarity and switch logic can be realized when connecting to one single device type. |
