| | | Series MLV12 - Innovation in a trusted housing With dimensions of 49x15x41.5 mm, these optical sensors offer innovative technology in a housing format well-known on the market. The identical dimensions and mounting holes allow a 1-to-1 exchange without reconfiguration work. Besides the standard functionality, the MLV12 series offers a number of additional functions for simple commissioning, e.g. by signaling operational readiness or fault causes using extremely visible LEDs. A bright/dark professional switch along with a push-pull output enables all possible output configurations in a single unit. This simplifies both storage and the supply of replacement parts. Among other highlights is the innovative housing design of this family. The housing consists of a zinc cast frame with an extruded plastic housing. The devices also have a high switching frequency of 1000 Hz, integrated optical alignment aids, teach-in functions, are resistant to mutual influence when used in groups, and are resistant to interference from external light. | | |

| | | Series MLV40 and MLV41 - Reliable, economical and rational In the machine and packaging industry as well as in the professional printing and paper industry narrow spaces are often an important criterion when selecting optical sensors. The photoelectric sensors are designed for high switching frequencies up to 1 kHz and when it comes to the performance data of the sensor, they can easily compete with larger designs. The slim, market-accepted design with compact aluminum housing and a low housing depth of only 31 mm allows application even in narrow spaces. Due to a Delta Industrial seal coating, the devices MLV41 are protected against acids and alkaline solutions. Thus, they can be used without problems in the printing industry. The retroreflective sensors are characterized by precise background suppression and small black/white differential. Due to the increased outside light resistance, operation close to fluorescent lamps with electronic ballast is possible. Without mutual interference, the photoelectric sensors can be mounted next to each other. | | |
