General specifications

The illuminated pushbutton module VAA-LT2-G1 provides a link between the operat-ing personnel and the AS-Interface master. The current status can be displayed bymeans of the LEDs integrated in the push-buttons.The illuminated pushbutton has IP67 protec-tion and is therefore suitable particularly foruse in the field.Various bases are available for the module.Use the U-G1F base to connect to the AS-Interface flat wiring, and use the U-G1P base to connect to the round cable.The output modules often have to bemounted in series with the illuminated push-button. The outputs of the output modulesare supplied externally with power. If thepower is supplied via a flat cable, the powersupply lead has to be mounted in the base ofthe input module. The U-G1FF base shouldbe used in this case. The VAA-LT2-G1 then uses the AS-Interface cable rather than thepower cable.
