A saw blade with 0.2 –0.5 mm thickness separates the PCBs. The machine also provides the possibility to cut the PCBs in two orthogonal cuts.The depanelizer DCOL-R is used for separating PCB panels with contour cuts. A router bit with diameter of 2 –5 mm thickness separates the PCBs.
