| The complex process of delivering ozone gas at high pressure in stabilized and continuous concentrations for In Situ (In place) groundwater and soli remediation has been simplified with the HiPro™ 500 Ozone System. The HiPro™ 500 Is a fully Integrated and automated pressurized gas delivery skid that produces up to 0.5 Ibs./day (9.5 g/hr) ozone at 4 SCFM at continuous pressure of up to 40 psi with breakthrough pressures to 80 psi. Patented technology delivers a high pressure ozone supply without compression. Patented technology delivers high pressure ozone without decomposition. (Compressing ozone results in up to 90% reduction in ozone concentration.) Operation and uptime are simplified with the advanced PLC "touch-screen" control and is remote access ready*. The intuitive graphical user Interface on the bright color touch-screen display Is supported by custom software designed specifically for groundwater and soil remediation using ozone. The ozone power is provided by Pacific Ozone Technology's High Pressure (HiPro™) Ozone Generator that uses Patented Floating Plate Technology™ and Is fully Integrated with a unique pressurized ozone feed gas process and reliable rotary screw compressor. | The all stainless steel welded frame includes an integrated 12-port distribution manifold and NEMA-rated control panel. Ozone gas is delivered at pressure using reliable pneumatic ball valves.
