The Stamler Feeder-Breaker is custom designed for optimum availability to cut your operating costs and increase your plant production. By interfacing a Stamler Feeder-Breaker with your haulage and conveying systems, your facility will realize increased operating efficiencies. Compact Design Space-saving design includes all electrical and hydraulic components mounted on-board. Standard Features To Meet Your Needs • High-strength engineered conveyor chain, with hardened link pins, is specially manufactured for long life, low maintenance, and superior dependability. • Breaker drives are electro-mechanical through chain and sprocket arrangement with shear pin protection for maximum “fracturing action”. • Some electrical and hydraulic components can be mounted on a separate hydraulic power unit if a compact design is not needed. • Optional crawler, skid or wheel mounting provides mobility to help reduce haulage cycle time and increase productivity. • Each Stamler Feeder-Breaker features an integral surge hopper (if required), a flight conveyor and a rotary pick breaker. Breaker and Conveyor Breaker picks and pick pattern are designed to work with conveyor flights to produce a specific output size and eliminate slabs. Separate Hydraulic Power Unit Allows for easy maintenance access. Available with protective roof or complete enclosure.
