The 2-phase stepping motors are capable of highly precise and reliable operation without the use ofposition detectors. The characteristicsare the wide variety, high torque, low vibration and low audible noise. The RK-Series is a 5-phase stepping motor with microstep guaran-teeing low vibrations (smooth drive). The geared types with harmonic gear, planetary gear and taper hobbing gearlead to a high accuracy. A type withelectromagnetic brake (fail safe) is also available.
