This macro-inspection camera isideal for visualexamination and qualitycontrolofassembled boards,electronicscomponents, wires,connectors and similar objects. By deploying extremely quick auto focus together with Optilia’s renowned and superior optics, the time spent on inspecting objects is significantly reduced compared to other video systems. The integratedlaser pointer is an excellent guide to locating the areas of interest on the object.The camera can easily be connected to a Full-HD or HD-ready monitor or TV of relevant size through HDcomponent video outputs. For recording, measuring and archiving of digital images, the system can be linked to a computer through Optilia’s FireWire or USB 2.0 Frame Grabbers. Image attributes, such asbrightness, contrast, focus, image sharpness, colour and other parameters are automatically set but can be controlled manually by the user through the software.A standard UNC1/4”-20 thread on the device enablesit to be mounted on commonly used stands. The system is suitable for use in production plants, laboratories,workshops and other areas where high-resolutionmonitoring, inspection and documentation is needed.
