1.Flexible move of angle "-i Possible to light up the object flexibly adjusting the angle of light.

This is convenient for targeting high reflection object.

2.Flexible orientation 3.High Luminance 4.Adjustable directivity

i-i/ Possible to select orientation of light. !-!/ Ideal for speed response of sensor.

Possible to adjust directivity of light by adjusting opto-conducting plate.

The plate is not required for making edge or reinforcing luminance. Instead required for uniform light over the object.

In order to shape out the edge of object.

wash clean the letters on IC package.

Fit it top or bottom of CVS. Possible to fix this bracket close to the lens by means of turning the fixture 180 degree. Select the best way among these three options.

Fit it right or left of CVS. Adjustable vertically up to 30mm and horizontally up to 40mm.

Fit it right or left of CVS. Adjustable vertically up to 60mm and horizontally 80mm.

External Control is given by making short between connector 3 and 4. At this moment LED's put off at 2CH at same time. Under this condition short between 1 and 4, light up at LAMP1. LAMP 2 comes up making short between 2 and 4.

In order to identify target letters from reflection.

In order to recognize slight letters more visible.

Important Notice :

Internal heat may dump luminance of LED or shorten life itself.

To avoid it we recommended to follow the instructions as mentioned below ;

To use synchronizing signal that orders LED to light up only when objects come. To adjust luminance low when you desire to light it up continuously.

To release the heat by supplying cooling air or by installing the product onto such material that could conduct heat outside.
