SPECIAL DIES (3) Shapes and dimensions upon customer request. 1 2 3 i i Approfondimenti - In-depth insight CAMBIO RAPIDO BREVETTATO Le raccordatrici per tubi flessibili utilizzano diverse serie di morsetti per la lavorazione dei diversi diametri di tubo ed il cambio manuale di tali utensili può far perdere tempo prezioso all’operatore. Il cambio rapido OP consente di sostituire la serie completa di morsetti attraverso un’unica, semplice operazione, evitando così di dover rimuovere un morsetto alla volta. La particolarità di questo sistema brevettato è la guida di centraggio che consente di posizionare correttamente i morsetti all’interno della testa di pressatura. Tale metodo rende l’operazione estremamente più veloce e semplificata, senza rischi per l’operatore e per la macchina. Un errato posizionamento degli spicchi provocherebbe infatti danni al portamorsetti e ai morsetti stessi, causando l’interruzione della lavorazione ed alti cosi di riparazione. PATENTED QUICK CHANGE DIE SYSTEM Hose crimpers use different series of dies for machining different hose diameters. Manual change may therefore result top wasting time. The OP quick change tool allows replacing the complete series of dies through a single and easy operation thus avoiding having to remove one die at a time. The distinctive characteristic of this patented system is the centring guide which enables an accurate positioning of the dies in the crimping head. Such method makes the operation extremely easier and simple without exposing the operator and the machine to any risk.
