Performance

Tolerances: <;25mm: +0/-0.015mm, >25mm: +0/-0.025mm. Surface Finish: 0.6pm or better. Tensile Strength: 680N/mm².

Other Info.

Suitable for hardening. Heat slowly to to 760°C - 800°C. Austenitize until the

temperature is uniform. Quench into well agitated water. Quench hardness is

65-68 Hrc (approx.). Temper immediately after hardening preferably before

the tool reaches room temperature. Temper for a minimum of 1 hour at

temperatures between 180°C - 350°C, dependent upon the final hardness

required (see graph opposite)

When Ordering, add letter to end of part number.

Length A: 333mm, Length B: 1m, Length C: 3m. Length A is std.
