OMVE increases the output from the Carbo-Fill
For more than 20 years, OMVE leads in manufacturing and
supplying the most comprehensive Carbonator/Filler on small
scale: The Carbo-Fill® CF210 (previous also known under product
code FT102).
The Carbo-Fill is supplied worldwide and sets the standard in the
liquid food industry for R&D and Pilot applications.
As the demand for making samples with our Carbo-Fill® is
growing, our customers also start to require a higher output with
the same accuracy and flexibility.
OMVE has therefore developed and already supplied several
Carbo-Fill Twin systems (CF212). The Carbo-Fill Twin has two
filling and closing stations and gets a continuous external product
feed.
This makes the Carbo-Fill Twin a semi-continuous system that can fill up to 1000 bottles a day in a very
accurate and reproducible way. For you this means; you can do consumer tests and increase your
development capabilities.
The Carbo-Fill Twin is a complete self-containing system. The Carbonator is supplied with an integrated
cooling and automatic pressure control that regulates fully automatic the CO2 level in the carbonated
product. For you this means; you can run accurate and reproducible tests independent of the availability or
fluctuation of external (cooling) utilities.
As the Carbo-Fill Twin is suitable for post-mix and pre-mix carbonisation, the Carbonator has a hygienic
design and a semi-automatic (hot) CIP mode. You can even connect the system to an external CIP unit. For
you this means; you are working with a hygienic system without the risk of contamination.
The Carbo-Fill Twin has a vacuum option to de-aerate your product before carbonisation. Also the bottles
are flushed with CO2 and optional evacuated before filling. With these options, the smooth CO2 injection
and the flexibility in setting all parameters, the foamiest product can be filled. For you this means; you
have a system that makes scaling-up or simulating industrial processes very easy.
