OMLAT USA L.L.C., a subsidiary of OMLAT SPA (located in Ceresole D’alba (Cuneo, ITALY) was created on November 2005 in Illinois to sell and provides technical support for all the OMLAT products in North and South America. Once the damaged spindle arrives at OMLAT USA, the spindle is disassembled completely and a detailed evaluation of the damages is performed by our factory trained technician. All components are washed and a geometrical check is performed to check for changes from original factory specifications. Once the evaluation is completed a repair quote is submitted for approval. All rebuilt spindles are tested with the same equipment used by OMLAT SPA in Italy to guarantee that all specifications are met. All rebuilt spindles are rebuilt with original factory parts to guarantee the perfect functioning of the spindle. After a spindle has been rebuilt the spindle is ran for over 2 hours during which we perform detailed vibration analysis( using state of the art CEMB equipment), and temperature testing. Before the spindle is crated, a final electrical test is performed to check that all electrical components are working correctly (MOTOR & SENSORS). At this point the spindle is ready to be returned to the customer.
