SPM PROBE - 20757 Technical Details

SPMPROBE UHV SPM surface analysis system with main chamberfor direct mounting of OMICRON UHV SPMs, made from non-magneticstainless steel, with all vacuum control systems integrated into thesystem bench.

SPM-PROBE VT SPM-PROBE AFM/STM SPM-PROBE MICRO

Fast sample introduction system with magnetically coupled linear/rotary motion sample transporter and gate valve. Sample heating using direct current or resistive heating is provided ona rotary drive (manipulator optional). Spare ports for LEED/AES or CMA, ion sputtering, evaporationsource, etc. Pumping: Titanium sublimation, ion getter and turbomolecular pumps,complete with pump controllers, bakeout cover with heater, programmable bakeout controller and vacuum interlock. Vacuum achievable: -10

The UHV SPM is directly mounted to theexperimental chamber which provides additional ports for optical access, and sample transfer, manipulation and prepa- ration.
