I Carrelli per il trasporto dei serramenti finiti alla verni-ciatura e per il trasporto dei serramenti finiti dal mon­taggio all'imballaggio ed eventualmente in cantiere. La spalla verticale può richiudersi sul piano inferiore, riducen­do l'ingombro del carrello perfacilitarne il ritorno a vuoto.

Il carrello C 20 è munito di ruote in nylon 0 150 mm, due con freno; è ideale pergli spostamenti dalla linea produttiva.

Il carrello C 21,fisso, è ideale per essere inserito a fine linea; la sua principale caratteristica è quella di poteressere movimen­tato sia frontalmente sia lateralmente.

La espalda vertical puede cerrarse sobre el plano inferior, reduciendo el espacio que ocupa el carro y facilitando la vuelta en vacío. El carro C 20 tiene dos ruedas en nylon 0150 mm, dos con freno; es ideal para los deslizamientos de la línea productiva.

El carro C 21, fijo, es ideal para ser insertado al término de la línea; su principal característica es la de podersertrasladado, por medio de una carretilla elevadora, tanto en frontal como en lateral.

The top frame can be folded up, thus reducing its dimensions for the way back.

Trolley C 20 is equipped with four Dl 150 mm nylon wheels, two of them complete with brake; it is the ideal equipment to carry frames out of the production line. Trolley C 21, which is fixed, is the ideal equipment at the end of the production line; its main feature is that it can be lifted either from front or side for an easier loading on a vehicle.

Le chariot C 20, doté de quatre roulettes en nylon de 0 150 mm., dont deux avec frein, est parfait pour les fréquents déplacements dans la ligne de production, tandis le modèle C 21, fixe, est l'idéale pour être inséré à la fin de la ligne.

Caractéristique très intéressante du C 21 est la possibilité d'être transporté en le prenant latéralement ou bien frontalement.

It is equipped with four DI. 100 mm turning wheels, two of them with Brake. It has three shelves, the central one adjustable in height.

Compléta con cuatros ruedas giratorias de 0 100 mm, dos con freno. Compléta con très estantes de apoyo, con piano central regulable en altura.

Il est doté de quatre roulettes de 0 100 mm., dont deux avec frein. Il est complet avec trois plans d'appui, dont un, le central, réglable en hauteur.

Rulliera con funzione di stoccaggio e polmonatura dei materiali e movimentazione dei serramenti durante le diverse fasi di lavorazione. La parte inferiore è completa di 15 rulli in acciaio ricoperti con pellicola in PVC a interasse 210 mm, la spalla verti­cale è dotata di rullini in plastica rigida. Su richiesta è possibile dotare la spalla verticale di rullini rivestiti in gomma morbida per la movimentazione di serramenti verniciati, così come la rulliera può essere dotata di rulli sezionati in acciaio, consigliati per il tra­sporto di serramenti in PVC.

Carrier with bottom rollers to stock and move the frames during the different working operations. The platform has 15 steel rollers covered with a PVC coat; the distance between the rollers centres is 210 mm; the vertical frame is equipped with plastic rollers. On demand the plastic rollers of the vertical frame can be coated with soft rubber to protect the painted frames; for PVC frames, on the contrary, we recommend slotted steels rollers on the platform, which are also on demand.

^m C 50-300, C 50-500 - Bancada de rodillos para almacenamiento y transporte de los cerramientos. ^^^^m Bancada de rodillos con función de almacenamiento del material y translación de los cerramientos mientras se desarrollan las diferentes fases de elaboración. La parte inferior se completa con 15 Rodillos en acero recubiertos con película en PVC con entre ejes 210 mm, el soporte vertical tiene rodillos en plástico rígido. Según petición es posible añadir, al soporte vertical, rodillos recubiertos con goma mórbida para el movimiento de los cerramientos barnizados. Además es posible añadir, a la bancada de rodillos, rodillos seccionados en acero, aconsejados para la carga de los cerramientos en PVC.

C 50-300 / C 50-500 - Rouleaux de stockage des éléments et pour la manutention des châssis pendant le cycle d'usinage.

La partie inférieure est complète avec 15 rouleaux en acier, revêtus avec pellicule en PVC, à entraxe 210 mm., tandis que la partie verticale est dotée de roulettes en plastique rigide. Sur demande il est possible de monter sur la partie verticale des roulettes revêtues en caoutchouc pour la manutention de châssis vernis, et sur la partie inférieure des rouleaux sectionnés en acier, à conseiller pour le transport de châssis en PVC.

C 50-300, C 50-500 - Lager- und Schieberollentische.

Der Einsatzbereich der Rollentische liegt in der Lagerung, Pufferung und Verschiebung der Elemente während der unterschiedlichen Produktionsphasen. Der untere Teil besteht aus 15 Stahlwalzen mit PVC Überzug mit einem Achsabstand von 210 mm. Die senkrechte Anlage ist mit Röllchen aus festem Kunststoff versehen. Auf Anfrage können die Röllchen der Anlage bei Verwendung von lackierten Elementen mit Gummi überzogen werden. Für PVC Fenster ist die Rollenbahn mit Stahlrollen lieferbar.

Wagen/Lager für den innerbetrieblichen Transport oder auf der Baustelle. Die senkrechte Anlagefläche kann auf die untere Auflage geklappt werden, um den Transport im leeren Zustand zu erleichtern. Der Wagen C 20, mit vier Nylonrädern 0 150 mm ausgestattet, von denen zwei eine Bremse haben, ist besonders für den innerbetrieblichen Transport geeignet, während Modell C 21 ohne Räder als Lageram Ende der Produktionslinie und zum Transport auf den LkW dient. Ein besonders interessantes Merkmal ist, dass C 21 sowohl seitlich, als auch von vorne vom Gabelstapler erfasst werden kann.

I C 18 - Carrello per lo stoccaggio di viteria e ferramenta.

Munito di quattro ruote girevoli di 0100 mm, due con freno.

Completo di cassettiera a gradini per ogni tipologia di ferra­menta e di un piano di appoggio regolabile in altezza. Può essere completato con due ripiani, uno inferiore e uno per il sup­porto di un'eventuale cesoia pneumatica.

It is complete with a step shaped series of boxes to contain the different types of hardware and a shelf adjustable in height. It can be completed by two additional shelves, one at the bottom and another one to bear an eventual pneumatic punching unit.

I C18 - Carro para almacenamiento de tornilleria y herrajes. ^^^^m Provisto de cuatro ruedas giratorias de 0 100 mm, dos con

freno. Completo de compartimentos tipo escalera para cada tipo de herraje y, además, de un plano de apoyo regulable en altura. Se puede completar con dos estantes, uno inferior y otro para el soporte de la eventual cizalla neumática.

I C18 - Chariot pour le stockage des vis et des éléments de quincaillerie. Il est doté de quatre roulettes de 0 100 mm., dont deux avec frein. Il est complet avec un râtelier pour le stockage des différentes types de quincaillerie et d'un plan d'appui intermédiaire réglable en hauteur. Il peut être complété avec un ultérieur plan d'appui inférieur, ou bien un plan d'appui pour le supportd'une éventuelle cisaille pneumatique.

Mit in Stufen angeordneten Fächern zur Lagerung der unterschiedli­chen Beschlagtypen und einer höhenverstellbaren Auflagefläche. Möglichkeit der Ausstattung mit einer unteren Auflage zur Ablage einer eventuellen pneumatischen Beschlagschere.
