Videoscopes Videoscopes
Videoscopes use miniature charged coupled device (CCD)technology to provide high quality, full-frame, colour, real time images. The sophisticated control electronics provide advanced features such as zoom, freeze, brightness and exposure control (allowing viewing in low light areas).The Olympus IPLEX videoscope product range is available inthree formats to suit a multitude of application environments. IPLEX/IPLEX SA Housed in a single case and incorporating the latest technology, a strengthened insertion tube, together with drum storage, protect the instrument in its rugged transit case. All instrument functions are controlled from a lightweight control handle, including joystick controlled angulation. An adjustable position high resolution monitor or face mounted display allow the image to be viewed by the operator. Using stereo measurement tip adaptors, 3D images can be viewed on the Eye-Trek Face Mounted Display.The product is available in 4.4mm diameter (3.5m length) or6.0mm diameter (3.5, 5, 7.5 and 9.6m length) and has a basic or advanced (SA) model. The latter provides digital image storage with audio and movie recording and 3D stereo measurement of defects with six modes of measurement. Now available as a fully NIST traceable system. ALL-IN-ONE DESIGN All the components and functions needed for security inspections are built into IPLEX’s sophisticated all-in-one design. A retractable handle and integral wheels make transportation simple, while the streamlined design is optimised for easy manoeuvring through tight spaces. The insertion tube is extremely strong and offers superb crush resistance. 10
