TK connections The lower part of this connection is welded to the tank body and the upper part is clamped to any external fitting (pipe, instrument, sight glass, etc), so avoiding completely any dead leg and allowing a complete internal cleanability. B. ASEPTIC SAMPLING VALVES The process vessels can be equipped with aseptic sampling valve, sterilizable with clean steam. C. LIQUID/SOLID BLENDER When large quantities of solids need to be dissolved into a liquid phase (for preparation of syrups or other pharmaceutical applications) a blender can be foreseen. The blender is formed by a centrifugal pump with the suction line forming a “Venturi” effect that sucks the solids out of an hopper and conveys them directly into the blending chamber.
