In contrast to the rest of boilers, whose rear part is accessible only through the interior of the furnace, OLMAR steam boilers are supplied in their rear part with hinges installed on the door, which can be opened completely, leaving the interior in full view. The easy manipulation and the total accessibility let the operative carry out the maintenance and cleaning tasks from the exterior, and what is more important, this can be done just after having stopped the burner. Notice these two other features of great importance: the water cooled return tubular chamber and the undulation of the furnace tube.

As it can be clearly seen, the set forms a system of a triple-pass of gas before its going out through the chimney, which contributes to the obtention of a high thermal efficiency which guarantees a result of an 89+2%.

These results would not be possible without the incorporation of a high quality burner. OLMAR boilers do not use burners which do not fulfil this requirement.

Each unit goes through strict controls throughout the manufacturing process. The results of these controls, which are added to the ones carried out over their on material by our suppliers, conform a Quality Control File. Therefore, the Construction Code requirements are fulfilled as well as the national and European official standards in force.

The processes of welding are designed by our welding engineers and officially authorized by notified Union Europe organism bodies. The operatives qualified and the welding, are X rayed in accordance with the requirements of the Design Codes in use.

OLMAR steam boiler has been designed in accordance with international codes and are certified by Union Europe Directive 97/23/CE, pressure vessels.
