Automatization. Software.
All this process, with different variations or cycle repetitions depending on the industry and the process to carry out, will be carried out automatically. A microprocessor will be in charge of receiving information which during the cycle will be given by the data transmitter, immediately sending orders to the valves and corresponding drivers to adjust the process according to the values previously programmed. Product probes can also be put into the autoclave, which let us know, on a real time basis, during the process, the pressure, vacuum values and temperature of the product at that very stage of the process. Obviously, if there is
any trouble during the process, the equipment indicates it immediately with its alarms, indicating if it is a system error or some trouble related to the fluids supply, so that immediate action is taken in order to solve the problem.
OLMAR equipments are manufacturer in different sizes. Since four meters diameter to several meters length and designs pressures to 20 bar. In our workshops, we manufacture all kind of containers and accessories which can be considered as complements to the assembly of the equipment, such as product containers, special grilles, coils,
inner supporters, hydraulic platforms to introduce the product, manufacturing the plants "key hand", including the total supply of machines, their automatization, their accessories and final commissioning.

The consolidation of the before mentioned composites, depending on each case and on each type of industry, is achieved through air which is heated in the interior of the equipment, either by the use of electric resistances or by the use of steam or thermic fluids through interchangers. A powerful electric turbine is in charge of setting in motion the air in the interior causing a forced circulation which allows to obtain temperature values in the interior of the equipment with minimum variations between one value and another. The cooling process is achieved through the circulation of cold water or refrigerants fluids through interchangers which, designed for that purpose, allow, through the forced circulation between its plates, to diminish the inner temperature of the equipment to the desired values.
The continuous evolution of the markets and related to this, the appearance of new materials, have combined a group of measures destined for the modern industrial equipment which nowadays has undergone surprising changes at its technological level.
Therefore, composites, have caused great changes in the construction of equipment and basic pieces. Their treatment and interaction have made the use of equipment with a technological level which was unthinkable years ago necessary.
From the automobile industry, where glass windscreens, consolidated through glass laminated with polyvinylbutyral (PVB), to the preinpregnated cured in the aeronautics industry, they are all clear examples of the technology used by XXI century industry, which is every day more and more strengthened.

At this stage, it is very important to point out that our equipment can be provided with independent pipes in order to carry out vacuum operations through a pump on the exterior, in the product container bags, which can be put into the interior of the autoclave. This, together with the introduction of compressed air or nitrogen in the interior of the autoclave in order to adjust the pressure to the particular needs of the product we are dealing with, allows the equipment to be completely autonomous to adjust the pressure / vacuum degrees needed.
