Garment production www.ocs.se ... your need – our know-how With the OCS Overhead Conveyor System, material handling is integrated through the whole manufacturing process from raw material, through production, to fully developed product, storage and out to the truck with the OCS telescopic beam. The system is designed with driven lines and workstations. Trolleys are automatically transferred from one workstation to another. The system can be designed according to different methods, either for one piece transport - 1 trolley 1 order/garment - or for batch handling - 1 trolley several orders/ garments. Each station can be equipped with a device which lowers the trolley into an adjustable work-position. When the operations are completed, a new trolley is replaced automatically. Bundle handling with waterfall principle. The carrier rotates with the operations. This is to ensure that material is presented as close as possible to the needle. Smaller pieces can also be placed on top of the carrier. All parts are collected in the same trolley. Most of the operations can be carried out while garment is in the clip. Choose between piece handling (one garment, one clip) or bundle handling of garments. Both possibilities achieved with the same carrier.
