SURFACE FINISHING TECHNOLOGY IMPIANTI TRATTAMENTO SUPERFICI Thanks to its particular design the single stage spray washing machine CRD 85 ensures optimal cleaning quality of parts even of complex shapes. Its compact construction integrates a chamber fitted with a high pressure spray circuit with variable angle-shot. The basket rotates in both directions. The working cycle, programmable by the operator, provides cleaning with aqueous detergent solution followed by rinsing in town water. Drying of the pieces is performed by means of heated compressed air. Humidity contained inside the chamber is extracted and condensed on a proper system, which ensures an adequate drying of the pieces. Vacuum drying is available as an optional on a special machine version. The cleaning solution circuit is equipped with filtration and oil separation in order to allow to maintain the cleaning efficiency.
