(duplex version, electromechanical control, horizontal configuration) ®

COMPRESSORS:

• pistons type, oil lubricated and oil free versions available. Delivered directly coupled to the motor, inlet air filter and unload valve.

• oil lubricated screw type. Delivered directly or belt coupled to the motor, high efficiency separator, unload valve and sound insulation cover. All screw compressors are delivered

with an emergency control panel.

AIR TREATMENT LINES: a pre-filtration line, an air dryer module and an outlet filtration line are included as standard features. Single and duplex units available (duplex units allow the treatment to be continuous in all cases).

AIR DRYERS: two air dryer modules technologies are available;

* molecular sieve beds adsorption air dryer module (equipped with the ATS type air treatment lines): allows to obtain an output dew point value of -50°C under pressure (medicinal air, European pharmacopeia).

• refrigeration air dryer module: allows to obtain an output dew point value of +3°C under pressure.

"ECOSTART"™: this regeneration air management device greatóly reduces the required compressed air regenerating flow, thus reducing compressors operation and maintenance costs. It is equipped as a standard feature with all of the ATS type air treatment lines.

RECEIVERS: delivered fully equipped, with all control and security accessories. Horizontal, vertical, galvanized and high pressure versions available upon request. All receivers are delivered tested and certified.

CONTROL PANEL: the standard "Electromatic"™ control panel (electromechanical type), equipped as standard control device, features all required control and alarm (local and remote) devices. It is designed according to the EN 737-3 european standard recommenda tions.

As an option, the "Supervisor"™ (with Micro CPU), extends the available features, particularly with maintenance alarms and advanced automatic regulation modes, which allow the customer to adapt the medical air station's operation to any specific situation.
