L'uso delle pallinatrici-sabbiatrici consente l'eliminazione delle bave prodotte dalle macchine utensili garantendo tempi certi e rapidi di lavorazione e, grazie alla completa automatizzazione, assicura la perfetta finitura per ogni pezzo trattato. Oltre alla sbavatura è possibile effettuare anche operazioni di finitura estetica - per creare l'effetto satinato e antichizzato - e di pulizia e preparazione del pezzo all'ancoraggio di verniciatura o riporti galvanici. L'impianto è ecologico e progettato per garantire la tutela dell'ambiente e la salute degli operatori. I modelli FN31B e S11B sono dotati di cestelli rotanti in lamiera forata le cui dimensioni possono variare in funzione della forma e della grandezza del pezzo da trattare e permettono la lavorazione in massa di minuteria in piccole e medie quantità. La TAP50 è specifica per la lavorazione di particolari longilinei e di media dimensione e presenta una capacità di carico superore ai gruppi buratto. Un tappeto di gomma, ad alta resistenza all'usura, forma una culla nella quale vengono sistemati i pezzi. | Fast, efficient and flexible, these models have been specially designed for treating and finishing large quantities of metallic small parts. Shotblasting and sandblasting machines are used to remove the burrs produced by machine tools. Performing treatment is reliable and fast, and because they are fully automated, they guarantee flawless finishing of each part. In addition to burring, the machines can perform aesthetic finishing treatments to create a buffed or antique effect. They also clean and prepare the part for application of paint or for galvanic coating. The plant is ecological and is designed to protect the environment and the health of operators in the workplace. Models FN31B and S11B are fitted with rotating baskets in perforated sheet metal in sizes that can vary according to the shape and size of the part treated. They also enable the bulk treatment of small and medium quantities of small parts. TAP50 is specifically designed to treat medium-sized parts that have a longer shape. This machine's load capacity is higher than the tumbler units. A wear-resistant rubber mat forms a cradle in which the parts are placed.
