The standard collimator from the SuperK™ is simply plugged into the Split with output provided for a single visible or infra-red beam. The beam output is collimated in free space, but broadband, single mode fibre delivery using the SpectraK FDS is also available for this accessory. The SpectraK Split has the additional feature of allowing the addition of extra narrowband optical filters or polarizer in each beam path to further allow the user in obtaining specific spectral output.
