APPLICATIONS OF NIVELCO PRODUCTS ON SELECTED REALIZED SEWAGE WORKS IN 2005-2006

Solution of instrumentations on sewage works. In period 2005-2006 acquired NIVELCOBOHEMIAltd. on the Czech market more applications in area measurement in water systems and demonstrated high quality and variability delivered equipments determinated for these processes. One of interesting applications, which is mentioned in this article is solution by security Dyje river of sewage waters. It is concerned of series towns sewage works namely Nové Msto na Morav, Bystice nad Pernštejnem, Námš nad Oslavou, Jaromice nadRokytnou, Moravské Budjovice a Jemnice, this processes are newly equipped us delivered systems for level and flow measurement and water analysis. Our production schedule, especially in segment of non contact measurement of liquid enables meeting practically all cases of level measurement also in case of aggressive liguids and measurement of flow on defined opened channels. By tight and strategically long time alliances with quality producers of instrumentations we made maximum for meeting of customers needs in full spectrum of measurement. Nowadays we are able together with our partners in CR - specialist for individual principles to cover applications from measurement level and flow on channels by RADAR and ultrasonic sensors, measurement of flow by magneto-inductive flow meters, to analysis of water. This joint provides quality technical support and specialized advising and flexible services, with quick delivery times. Most frequented sensor on mentioned plants is serie of compact sensors EchoTREK ST, SE, SP. This seriesof applications includes circa 40 pcs. these products.This is series of compact sensors, which are offered in measurement ranges 4,6,8,10,15 and 25m. Sensors are adjustable by removable display, which is universal for all products of Nivelco or newly by HARTprotocol. Intelligent sensor is able in base to measure not only level, but it can cope with agitator. For measurement on open channels it is equipped by mathematical function of Parshall flumes P1-P10, further it enables readjustment parameters of function and setting of 32 points linearization curve wit optimalization. Three wire version is equipped by relay output with adjustable summarization function. Version with datalogger is prepared for tests. The sensor is compact in case of request it is able to join it with wall designed unit Multicont.
