The modular construction methods now used in the automotive industry are placing new demands on workshop equipment. Vehicle parts such as motor blocks or rear axles have to be dismantled and mounted from below. With the HTJ1200 system, these heavy lifts can be done in a ef­fective and controlled way.

The system is capable for removing and fitting complete engine as­semblies, rear axles, gearboxes, fuel tanks, exhaust systems and much more. With its lifting capacity of almost 550 kg, the HTJ1200 universal handling system comes with enough power for all kinds of jobs.

Work can be carried out by one per­son instead of several. Furthermore, additional repair jobs can be carried out directly on the working platform. Therefore, the system reduces the to­tal working time for complete repairs.

Lifting is done pneumatically and hy-draulically. With pneumatics the load can be raised or lowered quickly. The hydraulic lifting gives the operator higher control and precision.

NIKE's universal handling system is patented. The system is designed to meet today's and tomorrow's needs.

The hydraulic spring compressor from NIKE HYDRAULICS is a universal and very powerful tool. The spring compressor uses exchangeable jaws in order to suit almost any car model.

These were the major criteria used when we developed and designed this tool. Due to enormous strong forces, working with springs is often both complicated and risky. Thanks to NIKE's hydraulic spring compressor, this work can now be carried out much easier and safer. This tool is a must-have-tool for any workshop.

The hydraulic spring compressor uses common jaws which in many cases are already part of the workshop equipment. Jaws are available for many different car models.

Mechanical tools with worn-out and heavy loaded parts mean a higher risk for personal injury. The hydraulic spring compressor has minimal wear and is therefore much safer than comparable mechanical tools.

The hydraulic spring compressor is equipped with a quick-coupling which makes it easy to connect the tool to a foot-operated air/hydraulic pump (this type of pump is highly recommended). Thanks to the pump, the operator has both hands free for controlling the tool. Further more, the spring compressor is provided with a flexible holding block, which allows the tool to be placed in a suitable angle on a work bench.

The reason why the HTJ1200 system is so powerful and universal, is the ex­tensive collection of adapters that come with the system. Different car models with different assemblies require different adjustments on the HTJ1200. In order to cover almost every car model on the marked, the HTJ1200 system comes with, for example rubber pads, forks ranging from 35 to 120mm, extensions, tie down straps and many more accessories and adapters that make working with the HTJ1200 very comfortable and easy.
