Options for quick couplings All cylinders can be delivered with quick copuplings of insert type - male (1) or of screw model - female (2). when ordering cylinders with screw type coupling, put ” P” at the end of the model (e.g. CFC1010P). 1 2 www.nikehydraulics.se Industrial hydraulics CD - Double acting cylinders CD double acting cylinders are used when force is needed also during the piston's return movement. The CD cylinders’ push forces range from 45 ton to 200 ton, and pull forces range from 25 ton to 80 ton. Safety valve is mounted on retract side to prevent damage in case of accidental over-pressurization. Piston wiper to extend service life of cylinder as standard on all types (except CD450-75). CD1100 - these models are provided with external thread M180x3. CD2000 - the model's max. working pressure is 80 MPa. Data sheet
