Norit X-Flow Norit X-Flow, a member of the Norit group, is the world’s leading company in the development and supply of high-quality and innovative membrane technology to global municipal and industrial markets.Throughout the years, we have gained expertise and experience in water purification, ranging from producing potable water to treating process and wastewater. We produce a wide range of standard membranes and modules for filtration and purification processes for a variety of industries. Norit X-Flow membranes are used in the field of ultrafiltration and microfiltration in capillary and tubular form, which makes selective filtration possible. Clients turn to Norit X-Flow, because of our application know-how for projects of all sizes, including some of the largest membrane installations in the world. When you partner with Norit X-Flow, our extensive portfolio of membrane products guarantees the best available solution. Products 2007- 2008 The Norit ultrafiltration skid is a modular filtration unit with 4 to 80 membrane housings, holding 16 to 320 modules. The construction materials allow operation in brackish water or seawater. These skids can be configured either as stand alone UF units or combined into large scale filtration plants. Skid connections and other ancillaries can be standardized or designed to meet the customer’s requirments. The standardized units provide the perfect solution for green fields and/or upgrades of existing treatment plants. The Norit Airlift™ MBR skid is a standardized filtration unit holding a set of up to 30 modules. The optimized layout ensures even distribution of required flows over each module due to the specially designed aerator placed under each module. These skids can be incorporated in plants and directly connected to feed-, air- and filtrate lines. The standardized units can be used either for green fields and/or upgrades of existing sewage treatment plants. Norit’s extensive experience in membrane technology and ongoing product development provides support to customers with tailored assistance during all project phases. This assistance ranges from engineering reviews and Hazop’s to commissioning and start-up assistance. After sales services, such as on-line data logging and trending, training, and maintenance, enables customers to continually improve operation and reduce operational costs.
