By implementing the Total Quality Assurance (TQA), we are able to meet customer's most demanding expectation. Under strict supervision of the QA center, the design and reliability of products will be dramatically improved. By promoting shortest time to solution service, our Technical Support Team will reply customer's questions within 24 hours to gain total customers' satisfaction. As one of the global citizens, NEXCOM is committed to providing green products and services, which is compliant with Restriction on Use of Hazardous Substance in Electronic Equipment (RoHS) / Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directives.
