This general purpose, expandable, laser ablation device incorporates a 30 µm to 750 µm aperture imaged beam delivery system. The control software offers a wide variety of abla-tion methods such as spot ablation for depth profil- ing, line scanning for lateral analysis and raster scanning for bulk analysis.
