Differential Scanning Calorimeter DSC 404 F3 Pegasus

® F3 Pegasus The NETZSCH DSC 404 F3 Pegasus
® is a fast, reliable and cost effectivetool for the determination of caloriceffects (transformation temperaturesand enthalpies). The vacuum tightsystem offers optimum performancefrom -150 to 2000°C using variousinterchangeable sensors andfurnaces. The different optional industrial vacuum pumps, gas flow controlsystems and sensors allow adjust-ment of the system to fit yourapplications in the field of qualitycontrol and failure analysis. The DSC 404
® is the ideal foundationwhich can be optimized andadjusted to meet your needs, nowor for future applications. F3 Pegasus
® is a com-pact, easy-to-operate system forhigh quality material characteriza-tion. The different interchangeablefurnaces provide homogeneous heat flow from all sides to the DSC sensorplaced in the center. The sensorscombine optimum sensitivity, a short time constant and highly stable andreproducible baselines. Therefore, phase transition temperatures andenthalpy changes can be determinedwith unrivaled accuracy and repro- ducibility. The various DSC sensors offer true DSC performance over anunmatched temperature range(-150…1750°C). DTAsensors canbe used up to the maximum servicetemperature of 2000°C. The system is vacuum tight bydesign. Metal housed mass flowcontrol systems, double furnacehoists and automatic samplechangers for up to 20 samples are available as options. These, alongwith a great variety of crucible types, allow the system to accommodatenearly all possible materials andapplication ranges. The DSC 404
