HIGH TORQUE PNEUMATIC WRENCHES Infinitely variable torque control - starting at 2 bar operating pressure -

Maximum torque at minimum dimensions and minimum weight

This robust pneumatic wrench is driven quietly and without percussion by a powerful pneumatic motor which can be rotated on bearings and which is full operational at only 2 bar and more operating pressure. The driving unit is always smaller than the power gear. This ensures that it can be used, even in positions which are difficult to access. It has been possible to save yet more unnecessary weight on the main components of the new gear. At the same time, the bearing of the moving parts has been improved tremendously, which leads to a clear extension in the lifetime of the whole wrench. The rotary drive unit provides safety while making it easier to place the wrench on the bolt connection. Due to the individual LOSOMAT-test certificate for every wrench and the extremely high quality standard of our products, we achieve the traceability for the pneumatic series, which is required by every QM-System according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. A high torque wrench from LOSOMAT is 100% Made in Germany. Naturally, our extensive range of LOSOMAT accessories is also available for the pneumatic series.
