Types of Ball Bearing Mounted Units SILVER SERIES Pillow Block and Two-Bolt Flange Units (Extra Light Duty, Eccentric Collar Locking.) SILVER SERIES, a totally new concept in ball bearing units, offers a significant reduction in size and weight when compared with the same size of existing series. This unique design promotes both space and material saving in machine tool and general equipment application. Pillow Blocks UCP type (Cylindrical bore: Normal duty and Medium duty) UKP + H type (Tapered bore: Normal duty and Medium duty) FGAK200 type (Cylindrical bore with eccentric locking collar:...

Hanger Bearing Units UCECH 200 type (Cylindrical bore: Normal duty) As the housing is provided with straight pipe thread hole for hanging on the conveyor by the steel pipe, this type is used for screw conveyors. Cylindrical Cartridge Units UCC type (Cylindrical bore: Normal duty and Medium duty) A Cartridge Unit is simply a mounted unit having a housing with an accurately ground O.D. so that it may be used almost identically with a ground outer race bearing. It permits self-aligning in this particular application. This type of units is particularly adoptable where expansion and contraction...

Table 1.1 Inner Ring Tolerances Unit: 0.001 mm Note: 1) Figures in the above table are based on the tolerances 2) The tolerances of AdL — Ad stipulate those of the tapered bore type. AdL and Ad represent the differences in the nominal diameters of the major bore (AdL) from minor bore (Ad) respectively. 3) To obtain the measurement of the maximum diameter, the following formula is used: Nominal diameter of dL = nominal diameter of B = the width of inner ring

Dimensional Interchage Chart Bearing Units 1. This chart is compiled for general reference only in regard to dimensional interchange- ability of NACHI Bearing Units and Bearings for Units with other makes. Therefore, type of shaft locking and sealing principle as well as material of housing shall be checked upon specific 2. There are some series in which some sizes are interchangeable with same size of other makes and some not. It is recom- mended to consult us before deciding
