These soldering heads can be Integrated into our various standard platforms, adapted for fully automatic or semi-automatic operations, such as the RC 500 robotic cell, the MW 500 mini-wave cell, the TR 300 table-top robot or the station. These platforms are controlled by PC allowing the automation of selective soldering operations. The 3 or 4 axes of our standard robots are fully programmable, including parameters such as solder quantity, wire feed speed, preheating and dwell times in addition to other parameters for each soldered point.
